Annual Members (without voting rights)

  
  Any company or individual considering or commencing engaging in trade with the UK.  
     
  Associate Members (without voting rights)  
  Companies trading with the UK whose volume of trade does not meet the criteria for full membership. Companies with partial ownership by UK companies or individuals, which do not meet with criteria for full membership.  
     
  Full Members (with voting rights)  
  All existing full members of the SL-UK-BC and BBA at the time of their merger. Companies with a significant ownership stake held by a company or individual based or registered in the UK (guidance note – this should be a minimum stake of around 30%).  
  Companies in SL with a major trading relationship with the UK (guidance note - minimum proportion of the member’s total annual exports should be 30% to the UK, or a minimum annual value of trade with the UK should be Rs.2 m).
