The management of the CBB is handled by an executive committee that is elected by the CBB membership at its annual general meeting. The committee meets monthly at the offices of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

The administration and secretarial services of the CBB are carried out by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
